Terms and Conditions – Royal Reels App

To send the registration form you’ve filled out, we require you to accept the Terms and Conditions. Read this policy before signing up to ensure we meet your expectations and principles.

General Statements

You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use Royal Reels services in Australia. To check it, these Terms allow us to request your documents’ scans. If you violate this requirement, we’ll close your account.

Every individual is allowed a single account. If we determine that you have opened multiple accounts under the same or different names to mislead or defraud Royal Reels, we may close those accounts. Any wagers or transactions linked to duplicate accounts can be annulled at our sole discretion.

Deposits and Wagering

Minimum Deposits
The smallest deposit at Royal Reel required per account is 10 AUD (or the equivalent in another currency). Royal Reels reserves the right to alter this minimum without prior notice.

General Wagering Requirements

  • All deposits must be wagered at least three (3) times before withdrawal requests are permitted.
  • For bonuses, you must wager an amount equal to thirty (30) times the bonus total prior to withdrawal, unless stated otherwise in specific promotions.

Rejection of Bets
Royal Reels may refuse, either partly or wholly, any bet at its sole discretion. We do not bear responsibility for notifying you of the reason for such a refusal, but common grounds include suspicion of fraud, conflicting account information, or misuse of bonuses.

Player Obligations and Representations

All clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate personal details (name, address, email, phone number) that truly belong to them.
  • Restrict themselves to using their accounts for personal gaming only, not acting for or on behalf of another individual.
  • Refrain from depositing money sourced from unlawful activities.
  • Avoid using their account to launder funds or to engage in any criminal acts.

Self-Imposed Restrictions

Self-Exclusion and Time-Out

  • Any registered user can opt out of wagering for a specified or indefinite duration by sending a written or electronic request.
  • A Time-Out offers a brief cooling-off period (e.g., 1, 3, 7, or 15 days). During this break, you are unable to deposit or place bets but can still withdraw real-money balances.
  • Self-Exclusion is designed for extended breaks, up to one year or longer where permitted. Your account remains closed for this period unless you contact us to reverse the exclusion.

Changing Limits

  • You may set deposit or loss limits, request an account closure, or reduce your current limits via a written or electronic notice. Increases to existing limits or cancellations of exclusions typically take effect seven days after the request is received, whereas decreases take effect immediately.
  • Any wagers placed under updated limits or exclusions must adhere to the newly established restrictions. Royal Reels will not accept bets beyond those limits.

Betting Rules and Liabilities

Minimum Betting Amount
The smallest allowed stake is 0.10 AUD (or a comparable sum in another currency). If necessary, Royal Reels may adjust this minimum without prior notification.

System and Connection Issues
Royal Reels is not liable for technical disruptions related to your personal devices, internet connections, or any play methods not endorsed by us. While we implement robust security and antivirus measures, we cannot guarantee that a user’s hardware or software will remain virus-free.

Resumption of Services
In the event of an interruption caused by technical faults, we will strive to restore access as swiftly as possible. We accept no responsibility for direct or indirect damages stemming from these interruptions.

Acceptance of Terms & Legal Compliance

Binding Agreement
Accessing and using Royal Reels services implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you object to any clause, do not continue to use the site.

Lawful Use
You must assure that you do not use Royal Reels for illicit or prohibited activities. If a portion of these Terms becomes unenforceable under the laws of your jurisdiction, any remaining provisions remain valid.

Changes to Terms
We may update, edit, or delete some statements from this policy. And notifying our clients about it isn’t obligatory. Alterations often arise from customer service improvements, regulatory needs, or compliance with new legislation. You’re responsible for keeping track of policy changes.

Account Verification & Security

User Identification Checks
By registering, you agree that we may conduct verification and identity checks at any time, requiring you to provide additional documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address). Until we finalize these checks, we reserve the right to temporary freeze your Royal Reels profile.

Electronic Payment Methods
If you choose to deposit or withdraw funds via electronic wallet (or similar tools), that wallet must be registered in your name. Otherwise, any related winnings may be cancelled. As a result, your account could be deactivated.

Prohibited Conduct Towards Staff
Any violent, indecent, or offensive behavior directed at Royal Reels employees can result in account suspension or permanent disabling.

Unfair Betting Systems
Unfair gains acquired through “martingale” or similar betting strategies may be removed from user balances at our sole discretion.

Limitations on Registration

Royal Reels does not permit registration or account creation from:

  • Individuals under 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction).
  • Non-commercial organizations, public institutions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We reserve the right to decline memberships that violate any of the constraints above.

Fraud and Money Laundering Prevention

Invalid Transactions
We may declare any transaction void if:

  • There is a breach of these Terms or relevant game rules.

Costs and Fees
Royal Reels reserves the right to recover or withhold transaction charges and other expenses (e.g., legal fees, court costs) in dealing with suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Data Processing and Privacy
We gather essential customer data, such as IP addresses and device details, to ensure the provision of our services and safeguard against abuse. You may be asked to supply personal or financial documents for deposit and withdrawal verification. Data handling respects relevant privacy regulations.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Limits
Only one bonus can be active per product (e.g., Slots, Live Casino, Sportsbook). If users try to hold multiple bonuses simultaneously, Royal Reels can cancel extra bonuses or related winnings.

Documentation Requests
We may ask for identification or payment records to validate your bonus usage. If these are not provided, we can remove pending bonus offers or any winnings derived from them.

Misuse of Bonuses
If a bonus is misused or exploited—such as creating multiple accounts or using disallowed betting patterns—Royal Reels can:

  • Reject or remove the bonus,
  • Confiscate any bonus-related winnings, and/or
  • Close any implicated accounts indefinitely.

Wagering Requirements and Expiration
Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, typically posted on the promotions page. Most bonuses expire seven days after issuance unless stated otherwise. Unfulfilled bonus and related winnings at expiration become void.
